Difference in my experience, was that the national chain that came in. They came in, didn't really look at the house. They did not go up in the attic. They just asked me a couple questions and what my preferences were and then they suggested a unit and you know with them being experts. I got the unit that they recommended. Well, my experience with comforter Masters was that they went in the Attic. They asked me all kinds of questions. I took a survey and and they gave me
 The, the not only did they give me the unit that I needed, but they also check everything that was connected to my unit. Like the wiring like the ductwork, and replacing fixed everything that needed for a good working unit. So, I am more than happy and pleased with the customer service experience that received the installation experience though received and I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for AC or heater furnace.
