I started the year following the Strength Factory page on Instagram for the first couple of months, just trying to understand what the team they're all about. And in March, I booked my consultation. The consultation was really in depth. I wasn't prepared probably for the level of information about me, but it made me think straight away that this person's quite serious about what I want and made the time to listen and understand my lifestyle, my training habits, my nutrition habits, and my approach to nutrition. And my program was ready, I think, 24, 48 hours after my consultation. So my coach is Johnny. The support that I get is phenomenal. The plan itself I'm really enjoying. I'm eight weeks in, just to the five kilo lost with various targets and goals to hit along the way. So the big thing for me was the structure and having a routine and guidance and then just that added level of support that I get. So the daily check ins help me keep accountable my actions. The weekly check ins. Feel like an appointment with yourself just to look back at all that work that you've done and the various things like the images that you upload and the pictures that you get to see week on week on week so you get to actually physically see your results have been a real help to me. So, yeah, I'm really enjoying my program and looking forward to the next eight weeks and beyond that. Thank.
