All right, Heather, here's what I got from your program when I started Mastery. And for many, many years, I was afraid of my big emotions, my sadness, my anxiety. Everyone in my life had always tried to fix it, ignore it, make it go away, including myself. I'd used medication. I've used all the things to make them all go away. And there was this moment where I was in deep sadness one day, and you hopped on a call with me. And you were one of the first people that didn't try to fix it and didn't try to make it go away and just sat with me. And you stayed in the room with me when so many had not. And then I found other women in your community that stayed in the room with me and sat with their big feelings and emotions. And so I found the part of me that could stay in the room with my big emotions that doesn't feel so alone and scared all of the time. Really.
