So I engaged Brock services in November 20 23. It was on the off the back of heading to the GP to have a general checkup turned out. I had really high blood pressure. I was pre-diabetic and I had really high cholesterol. I'd sort of been in a bit of a free fall since my mid-20s and it all come to a head when I was getting close to my 40s. It was time for a change. The doctor said that I'd have
 Some real health issues moving forward, if something didn't change, they were pretty Keen to put me on medication for the rest of my life in regards to the blood pressure, mainly wasn't Keen. So I ended up engaging Brock services and said to the GP. I'd give it 12 months and if there was no improvement, I would then sort of take his advice.
 Now, 12 months on or 13 months on, technically, I have lost 20 kilos. My blood pressures down to a safe level. I'm no longer pre-diabetic. I've got lower cholesterol, I feel great. I'm much fitter. I'm stronger. I've more energy. My home life is great. I sleep really, really well and work. Life's been fantastic. My temperaments been good. My patience has been a lot longer and coming turning 40 in a week. I haven't felt better.
 Probably 10 years, to be honest. And probably that's a good Testament to Brock. He's helped me out a lot. We train twice a week. He's helped me out with my diet and it's fantastic. It's been really a really good transformation.
