I really enjoy my time at Ng Swath. After the six week program, I've signed up now to go three days a week. It's good for me, for my motivation to have the commitment and to have the time booked in my diary. I like the way that I can schedule the classes in advance. I've tried, you know, motivating myself to go to the gym before, and it hasn't really worked. I've got some great friends who run another online fitness business, and I've tried that, and that was brilliant. I also risk really like the convenience of the schedule that Tom has. I tried to go first thing in the morning, and I know he's got classes late in the evening as well, but I would really recommend the classes to other 40 something or 50 something women like me who would like to be part of a community and who know that this is really about investing in their longterm health and really thinking about postmenopausal life.

Why did you join NG Sweat?

Okay. Thank you so much for taking the time to do these videos. I can't tell you how much I appreciate it, and the impact it will have on the businesses is just phenomenal. Hopefully, we'll get a chance to get some more people just like you in. So just a quick recap. There's just four questions to answer here. Each question is a maximum of a minute anyway, so if you want to use it for a minute, fantastic. If you don't, no worries at all. If it's just 1015 seconds of Snappychat, brilliant. Perfect. But, yeah, massively, massively. Appreciate your efforts here. So we're looking about two, three minutes of your time. Okay, so first question getting straight into it is, why did you join Ng Sweat? What were you going through at the time? Were you trying to solve any particular issues, maybe with your overall health, your fitness, trying to change body shape, perhaps? And was there anything that resonated with you? More so about Ng swept maybe the small groups or ladies only or so into that effect? Okay.

How did you find the 6 Week Programme & why did you stay?

Okay, next up, I'd love to know how you got on with the sixthweek Transformation program. How were the sessions? Did you learn much over the time? Did you gain any knowledge on nutrition, what your body requires on a daily basis? Were you supported by myself and the team throughout the process? And I suppose why did you stay on afterwards?

How do the Group sessions compare with 1-2-1 training?

Okay, next up so one of the big things that we do here, obviously, is the personal training side of things. I'd love for you to give us a little bit of an idea as to how you feel it compared to perhaps onetoone personal training. So do you feel like you get enough attention or things maybe tailored towards you? Are you supported individually on your journey?
