First part is virtual group coaching. That's where in each 90 minutes session, you're going to learn the best practices for managing stress and taking care of yourself. Those sessions are number one, the truth about self care. Two, how to create a more meaningful and fulfilling existence. Three, how to take control of your stress triggers for how to get more done in less time. Five, how to create the ultimate self care plan. Six, how to let go of guilt and set boundaries. Seven, we're going to celebrate your success because everyone has success. But there's more. You're also going to get video coaching throughout the week. You want to ask me a private question? You want to submit your homework and get feedback. That's how we'll do that. And then once the seven sessions are over, you're just getting started, right? You haven't mastered everything. So you will have the opportunity for those last 30 days to get two laser coaching follow up sessions where we talk about how you're implementing things. Sometimes we just go through stuff, right?
